USMA Band
Learn more about the oldest field music band! MSG Chris Johnson provides some history of the band and discusses the professional nature of soldier-musicians. CW3 Morse, leader of the Jazz Knights tells about the special talents and performances of the group, to include guest artists. LTC Tim Holtan, the Commander of the USMA Band, wraps up the show with information about the Concert Band, the Trophy Point Summer Series, and the schedule for the upcoming year.

CPT Scotty Smiley '03
Blinded in Iraq, CPT Scotty Smiley '03 is overcoming incredible odds to succeed. He is currently a graduate student at Duke University preparing to return to West Point. He will serve as an instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership.

Launch of West Point Radio
Chris Murch, President of wsRadio, introduces our new show. LTC(R) Jim Johnston, VP for Alumni Support, provides an update on the West Point Association of Graduates. Then Chris and our host, Mike Lyons '83 do a little gabbing about famous West Point graduates and compare their Army-Navy experiences. (Chris is USNA '83, so we say BEAT AIR FORCE!)
