Premiering next month, The Gourmet Food Auction Radio and the web site GourmentFoodAuction.com is the brainchild of "Thomas C Souran," an entrepreneur originally from Dix Hills, NY. A brilliant concept, started in 2005, offering elk stakes, buffalo meat, ostrich meat, game meat from Europe, and other "hard to acquire" specialties from the around the world.
