Lisa Norombaba, Vice President of Soroptimist International of La Mesa, discusses the organization’s Women’s Opportunity Conference, slated for Saturday, May 3 at the Corporate Education Center at San Diego City College. Norombaba talks about the Annual Soroptimist Women’s Opportunity Award; mini-grants for women who are the heads of their household, and the Violet Richardson Award that recognizes girls from 14 to 17 for their volunteer service.
