Traci Foster was born and raised in San Diego and remains living in Lakeside to be close to her family and friends. She and her husband Scott have been married for eight years and their greatest joys are their three children Matt, Brooke, and Scottie Jr., ages seven, two and 10 months. Traci is very proud of being a stay-at-home mom for the past four and a half years and was formerly a job cost accountant. She hopes to work as a preschool teacher when Scottie Jr. begins school himself.

Traci stays busy by volunteering at her oldest son's school, being a soccer and baseball mom, and attending sibling classes with her two youngest children. If Traci has a moment to herself, she enjoys bubble baths without kids, or a trip to a Barnes and Noble with a Starbuck's Coffee next door.

Michelle Cadwell is a San Diego native who recently returned with her family to live in Alpine after living ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Formerly a seventh and eighth grade teacher of English and history, Michelle is now a stay-at-home mom for her girls Holly and Lily ages four and two.

Michelle's greatest passion is her children, but when she has time to herself, she also loves to read, enjoys taking watercolor classes, working around the house, and spending "adult time" with her husband, family, and friends. After being married ten years and adding stay-at-home mom to her resume, Michelle views "The Mom Show" as a great outlet and resource for her to connect with other parents and share the joys, frustrations, and information that can help ease the burden of parenting.
