What is Hot on eBay (42)

Uncle Joe asks questions about DSR’s. There seems to be a disconnect between eBay and the DSR’s in the eBay community. Can we get some clarification?

We are powersellers with only 6 negatives (all of which are not justified) I don’t think we should get dinged because a customers refused a shipment in a nasty way. We paid the extra shipping and re-shipped it. She could leave a nasty feedback because she knows that there is nothing we can do about it. Is this fair?

We hear a lot about changes but not too many about buyers such as shipping and handling. Exaggerated S&H is happening in a fraudulent means to hurt eBay. What can be done about this?

The new fee structure was a shock. The part about the final fee (the 8.75%) It’s going to cost more to sell an item than before, but it will cost less up front. Isn’t this going to hurt the smaller sellers?

If we are no longer able to leave buyers feedback…then what do we do when buyers default? What is going to prevent these buyers from defaulting all the time if there is no way to punish them?

I love the changes. As a buyer, I’m tired of seeing my purchases held hostage.

Regarding eBay Stores: Are there any fee changes or search changes or sponsored ads changes for eBay stores?

If sellers are only allowed to leave positive feedback…can we at least leave comments?

Is anything going to be done about the 15 identical listings issue.
