Eric – I’m a power seller with a buyer from Canada who did not pay. I went through the process and got my money back…and now he is stalking me and buying things that he doesn’t pay for. He is on his 4th ID now. I’ve reported the latest two or three id’s where he is using fake names and addresses. I know it’s him because he sends me derogatory emails. What should I do now?

Carol – To those folks who are blaming eBay’s changes recently for low sales: My sales are up! I sell kitchen items and my sales have not been affected in any way badly by eBay’s changes.
