Joe – I got my first negative on eBay – sold something two months ago (shirt) sent then 6 payment reminders through eBay…and then filed a UPI with eBay…and then did a second chance offer and left it at that. I closed the dispute out, etc. He responded that he was out of town – waited a while longer and it just canceled out. Now he left feedback “sold shirt that I won bid on.” Tim – Regarding final value fees – The percentage of the value fees is different depending on fixed price or auction, so if you have it as an auction listing with a buy it now…but someone doesn’t buy it now…they win it in auction…which percentage do you get charged?
