Jim - Does eBay automatically send out an invoice to the buyer? Ed - I bought an item on eBay – had problem with serial number – pirated software – what do I do?

Lupe – I sell software and if the box has already been opened, I always tell people, but there are a lot of buyers who don’t understand that you cannot tell them you are the original owner if you are not. I tell them you cannot call for tech support or upgrade it but they still try to do it.
Steve – buyer said “item is defective” buyer sent it back – I took it into electronic shop and they said it’s great and works fine. The moral question is should I refund shipping as well as buyer’s cost to ship it back to me?
8. Jason – are the fonts going to get better on PayPal emails when payment received?
9. Pineapple – Issue with PayPal – make a payment to seller – for 20.98 – sent to person and according to PayPal, it’s completed and the money has been deducted the amount. I contacted the seller but they didn’t receive anything. On his site, it says it’s awaiting “payment verification.” What going on here?

10. The Melinda – The other change that sellers need is that the item title is no longer clickable to the page on eBay.. Doug – I sell PDF files on CD or DVD. A buyer ordered them and I got a message from him “the DVD you sent me is not even close to what you advertised” I sent him back that I will send him a new one..he sent me back an apology.
