Jack – I’m in Israel and I sell on eBay.com. eBay limited the prices of shipping for books and cd’s, etc. to 4 dollars. What if I’m sending an encyclopedia and the actual shipping is $15.00. What do I do?
Chris – I got my DSR’s up to 5.0 in communication with my customers…sending emails with tracking numbers, etc..in the emails I lay out the roadmap with what they can expect from me all the way during the process.
