Jeff – I sold an item and didn’t receive payment for a week and the buyer decided she no longer wants the item. So I went to the link where I can notify eBay that both buyer and seller have agreed to cancel the transaction. The buyer didn’t file anything so what do I do now? Kat – There is a glitch in getting our fees back from eBay when we have a canceled bid. Can eBay do something about it? If the buyer doesn’t reply it’s in limbo. Caroline - I sold an order on eBay. Buyer received the items. Now PayPal sent me a message that she had filed a chargeback and said she did not authorize the charge on her credit card.
