He became District Director in 2006. In this role Garcia is responsible for overseeing the SBA's financial and educational development programs. His San Diego District Office often ranks number one among 70 offices nationwide in attaining a number of fixed goals during that fiscal year. Ruben's heart to help the small business entrepreneur makes him a valuable asset to any informational broadcast.
