About the Hosts:

Scott started out as a realtor in 1986. After two years of managing a real estate office with over twenty-five active realtors he moved into the mortgage business. He was a loan officer working the south shore of Long Island. In 1993 he began his radio show called “NY Mortgage Talk” The show was on the air until 1999. In 1994 Scott became a recognized expert on the FHA 203k and continued to originate and administer the {k} loans. He opened 203k departments in several banks. In 2002 he became the national trainer for a large mortgage bank located in Melville NY. He continues today in that capacity for Lend America.

Heidi Frigano has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years. Her expertise in the mortgage industry ranges from paralegal to branch manager and presently as Vice President of Sales for Lend America. As head of the sales division of over 150 loan officers at Lend America, her knowledge and expertise has been proven through her excellence of providing mortgage consultations via the radio and television. Heidi also holds various achiever awards for her excellence of consistently reaching sales goals of over $1,000,000 in loan volume monthly and for her expertise in FHA, FNMA, Suhprime loans. Leading her way through the mortgage industry, Heidi continues to help many people through the loan programs offered through Lend America.
