The secret recipe for Honey Baked Ham-Bone Stew? Well, we didnt get that out of Grady, but we did get a great discussion on the fundamentals of franchising from product to customer service from Gradys perspective as the franchisee of the Rock Hill, South Carolina HBH. Gradys hands-on-advice was shared with Greg and Melissa from LOCALI, who stayed on the line to combine the germination of their new concept with the organized structure of HBH with a history of more than 50 years. Heres the surprisethe concepts were the same; great product, great people, great execution, and great neighborhood marketing!
