Show Info:

Focus on Seniors Radio is a fast-paced, no holds-barred look at the caring and health of seniors. This is a growing interest to many Americans for the simple reason that the baby boomer population is quickly aging and these issues are becoming more and more relevant to them. Interviewed will be experts from around the country.

About the Hosts:
The show is co-hosted by David Goodman and Frank Esposito, two well-known experts and entrepreneurs in the area of senior care.

David has focused on improving the quality of home care for thousands of seniors and disabled persons since 1985. The founder and president of Companion Connection Senior Care (CCSC), a network of non-medical care practitioners with more than 170 member organizations and annual revenues of $85 million throughout North America, Goodman first became involved in the field of home care when he started Expert Home Care in New Jersey. He and his partner, Frank Esposito, built Expert Home Care into one of the state’s most successful and respected home care agencies. They then started CCSC in 2004, imparting their business and clinical knowledge to help fill the growing need for these services.

David, who was the host of the popular radio show “Crossroads,” frequently writes and speaks on issues involving senior care. He has been profiled and interviewed in publications like Entrepreneur, New Jersey Biz, Caring and The Wall Street Journal, and serves on the legislative body of the New Jersey Continuity of Care.

Frank Esposito is responsible for all internal operations and administration of CCSC, and for the expansion of Expert Home Care into central and southern New Jersey. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the company. Prior to partnering with David Goodman in 1989, Frank was a sales executive in the insurance industry.

A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, he is a member of the National Home Care Association, the Case Management Society of America and the National Private Duty Association, for which he chairs the Community Education committee.
