During a 32-year diplomatic career, Ambassador Edward L. Peck served as Chief of Mission in Iraq and Mauritania, and as an Embassy Officer in Sweden, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Egypt. He speaks Arabic, French, Spanish and Swedish.
At the Reagan White House, he was Deputy Director, Cabinet Task Force on Terrorism; at the State Department, Deputy Coordinator for Covert Intelligence Programs, Liaison Officer to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Special Assistant to the U/Sec for Political Affairs; at the National Defense University, a Capstone Fellow at the Institute for Higher Defense Studies.
Since retirement, he has been Executive Secretary, American Academy of Diplomacy, and Chairman of Political Tradecraft Programs at The National Foreign Affairs Training Center. He lectures, teaches, and provides media commentary for domestic and foreign governmental, civic, educational and business entities.

    Anna Baltzer is a Jewish-American Columbia graduate, former-Fulbright scholar, the granddaughter of Holocaust refugees, and an award-winning lecturer, author, and activist for Palestinian rights. As a volunteer with the International Women's Peace Service in the West Bank, Baltzer documented human rights abuses and supported Palestinian-led nonviolent resistance to the Occupation.
