Terry L. Vaughan has been investing in real estate since the mid-1970s. He has taught, advised, and inspired over 30,000 real estate students and investors throughout the country. He is the author of the popular Home Study Course, Paper Into Gold.

In 1995, when the internet was in its infancy, we became intrigued by this new medium as a way to disseminate real estate investing information and educational materials. We launched Creative Real Estate Online in November 1995.

Our mission was to provide such powerful, useful, and practical real estate investing information that visitors could hardly wait to come back for more.

When internet technology advanced to make "interactivity" possible, we added news groups and a chat room, and our visitors started interacting not only with us, but with each other. Our site started evolving into a community.
