Tracy Mobley was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease at the age of 38.
She is a wife and mother to a 10-year old son. Tracy has
turned her experience into a positive through her book,
"Young Hope", about her struggle to get a diagnosis
and the trials she and her family faced. Tracy strives
to remove the misconception that A.D. is only an "old
person's" disease, by advocating through her local
Alzheimer’s Association Chapter. She was honored with
"The Proclamation of Advocacy Award" this year.
