She also has a new industry designation, Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC). 2 Ann O’Sullivan is responsible for the "Family Caregiver Support Program" at the Southern Maine Agency on Aging. She is an occupational therapist and social worker, with 25+ years of experience working in adult rehabilitation, home health, education, marketing, seating and positioning, and developing programming to help unpaid family and friends who assist seniors. She is also the Chair of the Home and Community Health Special Interest Section for the American Occupational Therapy Association.
