Sylvia Nissenboim, MSW, LCSW has worked in adult day services since 1982. She developed, “The Positive Interactions Program”, an approach for working with the people with cognitive impairments. She received a Technical Assistance Grant from the Partners in Caregiving Program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She is the director of four Adult Care and Enrichment Centers at the American Red Cross. Her LifeWork Transitions firm specializes in caregiving concerns and adult day care management coaching.
